This clinic is programmed to help improve your sports performance.
The functional exercise program teaches teens to develop precise
skills by working on Olympic weightlifting lifts, zoning in on
explosive movements, speed, and flexibility
Camp runs from May 31st to July 26th. We will have morning sessions three times a week with two different time options. Calendars will be out as soon as camps and clinics are finalized.
